The Role

This is a true litigation paralegal role-not a filing or administrative position. You will work closely with trial attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case development to trial preparation. The work is hands-on, fast-paced, and directly impactful to real people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize case files from intake through resolution
• Draft and review correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Monitor and manage deadlines, court dates, and litigation timelines
• Conduct factual and legal research in support of case strategy
• Assist with deposition preparation and trial logistics
• Maintain accurate records within case management systems

Qualifications

Strong candidates will bring:

• A paralegal certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience (personal injury experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning litigation software
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience
